- Cancellation Policy:
1.1 Cancellation by Participant: Participants who wish to cancel their reservation must notify Winworks Tours & Travels in writing or through the designated cancellation process provided by the company.
1.2 Cancellation Fees: Cancellation fees may apply based on the timing of the cancellation and the type of tour package. The schedule for cancellation fees is as follows:
- Cancellation after confirmation with payment anytime before 30 days of the commencement of tour: 15% of the value of the undiscounted tour cost, will be deducted and the rest refunded.
- Cancelling the tour 30 to 20 days before commencement of the tour: 25% of the value of the undiscounted tour cost will be deducted and the rest refunded.
- Cancelling 19-10 days before commencing of the tour: 50% of the undiscounted tour cost will be deducted and the rest refunded.
- Cancelling 9-7 days before commencement of the tour: 75% of the undiscounted tour cost will be deducted and the rest refunded.
- Cancelling 6 days or lesser before the tour date: No refund for the tour.
1.3 Non-Refundable Tours: Some tours or promotional offers may be non-refundable. Participants will be notified at the time of booking if their tour falls under this category.
- Refund Policy:
2.1 Refund Eligibility: Refunds are generally processed for eligible cancellations within the stipulated timeframes mentioned in the cancellation policy. Refunds are not applicable for non-refundable tours or cancellations made after the tour has commenced.
2.2 Refund Processing Time: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5 -7 business days after receiving the cancellation request. The actual time for the refund to reflect in the participant’s account may vary based on the payment method.
2.3 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Winworks Tours & Travels reserves the right to issue refunds via alternative methods in certain circumstances.
- Tour-Specific Cancellations:
3.1 Cancellation by Winworks Tours & Travels: In the rare event that Winworks Tours & Travels cancels a scheduled tour, participants will be notified promptly. Participants may choose to transfer their booking to another available tour or receive a full refund.
3.2 Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances: If a tour is canceled or altered due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, Winworks Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify the cancellation and refund policy accordingly.
